IT Manager
The IT Manager role is hands-on, responsible for instilling sound IT principles throughout the organization, focusing on Office 365, WAN, LAN, Cybersecurity, Desktop, endpoint management, and cloud technologies. Acting as a mentor for the team, we seek an individual with passion, intelligence, ownership, and a positive personality to thrive in our highly collaborative environment.
What will you do?
\- Supervise the IT department, shaping technology strategies, and overseeing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.
\- Lead financial planning and strategic analysis related to IT investments.
\- Manage capital investment decisions, technology budgeting, and forecasting.
\- Provide leadership to IT and corporate teams, engaging in broader organizational strategic planning.
\- Conduct compliance audits and implement remediations.
\- Develop and administer corporate IT policies.
\- Manage and administer Office 365 and Azure cloud environments.
\- Oversee endpoint security.
\- Manage helpdesk and IT support.
\- Configure and manage the networking environment.
\- Supervise office and building security environments.
\- Administer VOIP applications (Ring Central).
What are we looking for?
\- Extensive Office 365 experience.
\- Networking knowledge (Cisco, Sonicwall).
\- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Products with deeper domain knowledge.
\- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a relevant field.
\- Profound Microsoft Defender configuration knowledge.
\- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office BizApps and Tenants (O365 & M365).
\- In-depth knowledge of Office Productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive).
\- Mobile, desktop, tablet, and other handheld device management experience.
\- Azure Cloud, DevOps, Dashboards, Pipelines, and Release Maintenance & Management.
\- Comprehensive knowledge of analyzing & resolving Office App’s customer issues.
\- Platforms: PC and Mac OS knowledge.
\- Microsoft Intune experience.
\- In-depth experience with Office Productivity Tools & Domain expertise.
\- Knowledge of building Azure DevOps Dashboards.
\- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
