    International Tax Manager

    Job Summary:

    As an International Tax Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and advising on global tax matters. You’ll collaborate with clients to optimize their international tax strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maximizing their financial positions.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Tax Planning and Strategy:

      • Develop and implement effective international tax planning strategies for clients.
      • Analyze cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and foreign tax credits.
      • Provide guidance on tax-efficient structures for global operations.
    2. Compliance and Reporting:

      • Prepare and review international tax compliance documents, including Forms 5471, 8858, and 8865.
      • Ensure accurate and timely filing of international tax returns.
      • Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations across different jurisdictions.
    3. Transfer Pricing:

      • Evaluate transfer pricing policies to minimize tax exposure.
      • Assist clients in documenting transfer pricing methodologies.
      • Address transfer pricing audits and inquiries.
    4. Global Tax Provision:

      • Calculate and analyze the quarterly income tax provision for international operations (ASC 740).
      • Handle computations related to GILTI (Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income), FDII (Foreign-Derived Intangible Income), and Subpart F income.
    5. Client Advisory:

      • Provide expert advice on international tax matters to clients.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations.
    6. Risk Management:

      • Identify and mitigate international tax risks.
      • Stay informed about changes in global tax regulations and their impact on clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • CPA or other relevant certifications.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international tax, preferably in a public accounting firm.
    • Strong knowledge of international tax laws, treaties, and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
