    As the Technical Sourcing you'll help guide a small, elite team in building the future of Level Recruiting while we scale to meet the challenge .

    We are looking to expand our sourcing team outside of Seattle, Washington where we are currently Headquartered. This team will support our clients hiring needs in the Greater Seattle Area looking to expand their software engineering teams. We specialize recruiting Core Platform, Client-Side Development, Server-Side Development, Mobile Development, and Machine Learning/Data Science position. We are looking for University/College Students currently studying or graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Human-Centered Design, Statistics, or another STEM type degree.

    What you should bring to the table:

    Personable know lingo and you've got a knack for getting people to talk to you who initially may not be interested. You're exceedingly well networked on LinkedIn and Facebook. You treat the people we don't end up hiring with respect.

    Eye for talent listen carefully to what our teams really need and take that to identify the winning candidates quickly. You pride yourself on quality, not quantity, and you try to make the process efficient for everyone, not just yourself.

    Sales-person really know how to sell a job, connecting the candidate with the right people in the organization and seeing the recruiting process through to the very end.

    Wicked at sourcing are a pro with Boolean searches, know how to use the internet to your advantage, a sleuth at finding out where the talent lives, and are not afraid to cold call.

    Consultative understand how to execute recruitment strategy and develop thoughtful recruiting plans. You can work with hiring leaders and peers to demonstrate effective processes and drive positive change.

    Innovator are at the leading edge of recruiting. You know the industry and professional trends and you champion new approaches.

    Leader lead others by example, setting the pace and demonstrating the validity of the strategy with superior execution. You patiently mentor others and your collaborative input is valued and appreciated by your teammates.

    Here's what you'll do:

    Find candidates programs put in place by our recruiting organization to attract qualified candidates with and behaviors we want for our clients.

    Market the company social networking sites to promote the company and brand your own image as a technical recruiting. This would include creating blogs to promote position, experience, and domain knowledge to build a pipeline of candidates that will connect and follow you.

    Evaluate talent need you to prescreen candidates, assess whether they're in-line with our values, and discover what makes them tick.

    Manage the pipeline will need to be pro-active about keeping things organized, militant about , and reliable on .

    Advise the talent advisor to hiring leaders. Use data to influence change, map effective selection processes and recruitment plans, then execute consistently.

    Requirements:

    Experience minimum of three years as a technical recruiter with a history of results & proven performance delivering high-bar tech talent. A blend of recent corporate experience and prior agency experience is ideal. Otherwise, a student studying STEM. Domain knowledge in Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics (Data Science).

    Smarts got a college degree or equivalent, can communicate & write well and are sharp as a tack at grasping new things.

    Tech-chops have got this internet thing dialed, are familiar with online recruiting methods, blogging & forums.
