Job Details Title – Manager – Business Solutions Group
Job Location: Woodland Hills OFFICE - Woodland Hills, CA Hybrid
Compensation/Benefits – Salary range is between $120,000-$180,000 a year and increases depending on qualifications and performance. Benefits include 401k, medical, dental & vision plans, gym subsidies, CPA study assistance (if applicable) and much more.
Key Tasks:
- Either oversee or perform essential duties on client accounts where necessary (includes maintaining the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and reviewing payroll).
- Ensures that month end/period end reporting packages are prepared and finalized within required timelines, under either an accruals or cash basis, as needed.
- Proactively trains and develops team members, as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At minimum
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the accounting field. Strong project manager (industry finance position or a business management function preferred) with proven ability to lead a team.
- Proven and thorough understanding of double entry accounting.
- Demonstrated understanding of U.S. GAAP and possess a sufficient working knowledge of taxation matters.
- Strategic thinker, who can identify (both technical and non-technical) issues and resolve with little oversight.
- Strong communication and relationship skills with peers, clientele, and team members.
Preferred
- Knowledge of and/or experience with additional accounting software programs which can include, but not limited to; Zero, Intacct, NetSuite, Bill.com or Concur.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish or second language an advantage.
- Holds a current and valid CPA’s license, or equivalent.
