Senior Recruiter, Gaming Industry 

Our client is actively looking for their first full time internal recruiter. We're actively looking for someone obsessed with gaming and has prior experience working internally at a gaming studio. 

This company is both a development and publishing studio. Therefore, we're looking for someone that understands the distinct difference between the two sides of the business. The ideal person will be able to manage multiple dynamically different requirements within the business as the sole recruiter supported by HR. 

So, what do the responsibilities look like? 

• The recruiter will collaborate with the executive team to identify, screen, and hire any internal resources needed.
• Duties will include gathering requirements from internal hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions, posting jobs on several web platforms, screening candidates over the phone and in person, and making offers to approved candidates.
• The team uses Greenhouse as the internal ATS. Therefore, we need clean applicant tracking skills to manage the workflow between internal and external candidates.

Minimum requirements for this role include:

• 1+ year of experience in a gaming studio internally, 5+ years of recruiting in general. 
• Must have knowledge of the gaming development and publishing industry
