    Our client is actively looking for a Senior Recruiting Generalist to join their team. This person will be responsible for recruiting on a variety of roles ranging from marketing, sales, customer service, engineer, and leadership roles for a $500M marketing agency. They're a sports-first culture as they work with folks in the NFL, NBA, NHL, and other major sports and athletic franchises.

    What are the responsibilities of a full cycle recruiter?

    • sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process

    • Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals.

    • Creates a solid pipeline of applicants for roles across various business functions

    • Interview, rank and short list candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and CPI's recruitment policies

    • Acts as partner to management by developing and driving strategies that identify and attract diverse talent

    • Ensures an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback

    • Assist in maintaining an accurate Applicant Tracking System (ATS) record and perform data entry and data QA for ATS as needed

    • Interact frequently with employees and candidates and when necessary coordinate with external recruiting resources to help ensure a smooth recruiting and onboarding process.

    What are we ideally looking for in a candidate?

    • BS/BA Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

    • 4+ years of proven progressive corporate recruiting experience

    • Experience w Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel is required

    • Experience with prior Applicant Tracking System is required

    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and problem-solve

    • Excellent organizational skills, including consistent attention to detail

    • Excellent customer service skills for candidate and client-facing interactions

    • Proven strong work ethic

    • Experience in legal compliance with various laws and regulations covering Equal Employment Opportunities

    • Strong verbal and written communication

    • Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity

    • Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation

    • Good reasoning abilities, sound judgment
