    We are actively looking for a Technical Artist for a well known AAA development and publishing studio. This role will be focused on building their publishing side of the business for new upcoming games.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with publishing partners to diagnose, analyze and refactor content for performance

    • Consult and develop efficient and creative solutions in an existing content base

    • Consult workflow improvements

    • Mentor publishing partners on best practices

    • Mediate/guide quality and performance across multiple-platforms with publishing partners

    • Documenting action items for publishing partners/production to task

    • Provide weekly/bi-weekly reporting/documentation with performance metrics

    • All other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication and proven ability to work with others to develop and iterate on features

    • Demonstrated ability to provide support, training, and documentation for publishing partners

    • Experience with various software packages such as 3DsMax, Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance, Houdini

    • Scripting or shader programming experience is a plus

    • Proficient with node-based material editor, such as UE4's

    • Experience with PIX or other GPU capture tools

    • Cross-platform development experience (XB1/PS4 preferred)

    • Experience working with and gathering spreadsheets, data sets and charts to analyze data to drive profile-based action

    • Experience in Unreal Engine 4 or Unity
