We are actively looking for a Technical Artist for a well known AAA development and publishing studio. This role will be focused on building their publishing side of the business for new upcoming games.

Responsibilities:
Work with publishing partners to diagnose, analyze and refactor content for performance
Consult and develop efficient and creative solutions in an existing content base
Consult workflow improvements
Mentor publishing partners on best practices
Mediate/guide quality and performance across multiple-platforms with publishing partners
Documenting action items for publishing partners/production to task
Provide weekly/bi-weekly reporting/documentation with performance metrics
All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Strong communication and proven ability to work with others to develop and iterate on features
Demonstrated ability to provide support, training, and documentation for publishing partners
Experience with various software packages such as 3DsMax, Maya, Photoshop, Zbrush, Substance, Houdini
Scripting or shader programming experience is a plus
Proficient with node-based material editor, such as UE4's
Experience with PIX or other GPU capture tools
Cross-platform development experience (XB1/PS4 preferred)
Experience working with and gathering spreadsheets, data sets and charts to analyze data to drive profile-based action
Experience in Unreal Engine 4 or Unity
