We are actively looking for someone that loves doing research, creating creative marketing content, posting on social media via LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.

So, what are the responsibilities for this position?

• Content Creation: We want personal and organic video content on LinkedIn to be more common for our company page. We need someone that can post daily.

• Email Marketing: Identify target audience and grow email lists for our internal recruiters. Help build drip campaigns that are effective to pique interests for prospective candidates we have identified for our clients.

• Prospect and Research for Recruiting: finding candidates for our clients that are in gaming and software. That means crawling the internet on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, MobyGames, and other social media sites to identify targets our clients are looking to hire. You will help drive lead generation for the internal recruiting team via outreach on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS.

Requirements:

• Experience: We are looking for someone fresh out of college that understands the basics of social media. It would be a bonus if you understand some very basics in software engineering or gaming. Ideally, you have been a team captain of a sports team, a leader in a club, or a student studying STEM.

• Smarts: You are constantly looking to learn new things!

• Tech-chops: You understand how social media works and love getting connected with the virtual community and bringing it into real life! You're going to obsess about learning the technology and gaming world.
