We are looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney for a boutique law firm in Brentwood, TN focused on scaling their private practice. Today, the team specializes in Corporate Law, M&A Law, Real Estate Law, and other areas of litigation.

What are the minimum requirements?

• Candidates must be licensed to practice in Tennessee
• 4+ years of experience in litigation in at least two of the following domains; Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Tax, Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Healthcare, etc.
• Strong experience with drafting and arguing dispositive motions, taking witness, party, and expert depositions, and trying cases (including General Sessions) or arguing them on appeal.
• Experience mentoring junior associates.
• Strong Analytical, Research, and Writing Skills
• We have an 1,800-hour annual billable requirement
  

What will earn you brownie points?

• Insurance defense experience would be helpful but is not mandatory
• The candidate should be comfortable handling cases from start to finish based on the complexity of the matter and their experience level
