Our client in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney who specializes in Workers' Compensation. This position involves representing clients in legal disputes related to workplace injuries and workers' compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, providing expert legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on workers' compensation-related matters.
• Engage in negotiations with opposing counsel and insurance companies to reach favorable settlements for clients.
• Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and trials before various tribunals.
• Stay current with developments in workers' compensation law and regularly attend relevant seminars and training.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to effectively manage caseloads.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of the Georgia State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation litigation.
• Strong understanding of Georgia workers' compensation laws and court procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
