Our client is an Am Law 200 firm that's actively growing their Commercial Finance Practice. We're looking for an associate with 5+ years of experience to join their team focused on Commercial and Asset Finance.
You'll work with lenders, borrowers, and servicers around the country on a gamut of financing deals, from financing acquisitions, working capital and fixed assets through conventional, leveraged, asset-based and mezzanine loans, receivables factoring, and equipment leases. You'll also counsel banks and other financial businesses on mergers and acquisitions as well as regulatory compliance, including licensing and consumer finance programs.
Position Requirements:
- Experience with a Top Firm
- 5+ years of Corporate Finance Experience
- Strong Academic Background
We are looking for someone willing to invest 1,800 billable matters, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work), including at least 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
