We have recently added a legal division to our team. Therefore, we’re actively looking for a born salesperson interested in joining our clinical recruitment team.

Role Overview: The Clinical Recruiter is instrumental in sourcing, engaging, and hiring clinical professionals who drive healthcare excellence. This role is a pivotal point of connection between passionate clinical talents and leading healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Identify and engage top-tier clinical professionals using various channels such as job boards, professional networks, and referral programs.
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications, experience, and fit for different clinical roles.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
Relationship Building:
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Market Insights:
- Stay abreast of current trends, innovations, and developments in the healthcare and recruitment industries.
- Analyze market data to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitive positioning.
Job Posting & Branding:
- Create and maintain accurate and compelling job postings across various platforms.
- Advocate for the company brand, promoting it as an employer of choice in the clinical space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in clinical or healthcare recruitment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the clinical healthcare environment and key roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
