    Position Overview: As the Vice President of Sales, you will take ownership of all revenue generation activities for the company. This key client-facing role involves building, managing, and developing a high-performance SaaS sales team. You will be responsible for scaling our sales operations, focusing on marketing and public relations executives, and ensuring alignment with company's values and strategic goals.

    We are speaking looking for someone to help build the sales culture from the ground up. Therefore, someone with previous expective experience building sales playbook, build sales culture, and scaling in a strategy way for the company to success. Startup experience is required for this role. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance SaaS sales team, focusing on both inside and outside sales strategies.
    • Revenue Growth: Own all aspects of revenue generation, scaling sales from $3M to $25M.
    • Sales Process Development: Develop and implement a scalable sales process from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and prioritize a robust sales pipeline, generating new leads from various sources including strategic prospecting, international events, and partnerships.
    • Client Relationships: Build relationships with key decision-makers at prospect companies, articulating company's value proposition.
    • CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM data for sales activity management, pipeline forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams and the Leadership Team to align sales strategies with company objectives and product development.
    • Market Insights: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and customer experience trends, sharing insights with the team and customers.
    • Cultural Ambassador: Champion company's culture, integrating its values into daily operations and team management.
    • Scaling Early Stage Revenue: You understand what it takes to build a high performing sales team from the ground up. You're prepared to build systems to scale from $3M to $25M+. 

    Your Impact:

    • Contribute significantly to company goals by selling to Customer Support and Marketing leaders in fast-growing companies and Fortune 1000 enterprises.
    • Lead successful sales cycles, engaging with C-level executives to demonstrate company's platform's value.
    • Share insights on customer experience innovation and market trends through various channels.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales. 
    • Experience mentoring and coaching Sales Executives to sell to Marketing and PR Departments.
    • Proven experience scaling a company from $1M to $25M in the past.
    • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales team.
    • Strong skills in lead generation, outbound prospecting, and both inside and outside sales.
    • Passionate, driven, and a team player.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Independent, proactive, and results-driven.
    • Lover of customer experience and marketing.
