We are actively looking for a Vice President of Engineering for a leading FinTech Company.

You will become part of a new kind of finance company whose ambition is to help our members achieve financial independence and reach their goals. They aim to be at the center of our members' financial lives, and to help every member get their money right. They created student loan refinancing, addressing the biggest financial challenge of a new generation through a modern approach to lending and personal finance.

Help consumers access their finances at the tip of their finger!

Responsibilities:

• Lead talented Engineering, Data Science, and Quality Engineering teams; direct Engineering and Product Delivery efforts.
• Leverage your experience and leadership to transform existing functions to drive consistency and efficiency through your strategies and management.
• Balance a high quality, high output engineering mindset with the demands of a high growth enterprise cloud business.

Requirements:

• You have a minimum of 10+ years of progressive engineering management experience.
• You have a minimum of 8+ years in hands-on software development roles.
• Proven track record of building high-performance teams and institutionalizing a strong development culture.
• Experience with multiple programming languages such as C#, Python, C++, etc.
• Experience with Web Technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, React, Angular, etc. 
• Experience with test automation in CI/CD environment.
• Experience working with an international team spread across multiple locations
