    Nxt Level is a head hunting agency working with some of the best companies in the technology, gaming, and legal industries. Currently, we are approximately 18 team members strong and growing.

    We are looking for an Executive Assistant to partner with our CEO and COO at Nxt level. We are looking for someone that's proactive, detail oriented, and persuasive individual to join the company. We are a sales-driven organization and need someone that can thrive in that environment with a positive mindset. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Administrative tasks for the executive assigned including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

    • The Executive Assistant also organizes and coordinates executive communication and outreach; and oversees special projects. This includes client submittals, creating customer reports, handling interview schedules, and any other duty that the CEO needs to support his day to day functions.

    • Help with new employee onboarding as needed.

    • Maintain office supply inventory, anticipate needed supplies, evaluate new office products, place orders for supplies, and verify receipt of supplies

    • Maintain the office of the executive, including large and small details; set-up for select meetings & personal tasks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

    What are the minimum requirements?

    • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem solving with strong decision-making capability and emotional maturity

    • Willing to grow and be challenged with the ability to effectively work in collaboration with others to achieve business objectives.

    • Clear understanding of Google Suite; this role will help with building Google Sheets for Sales Commission, Complex Candidate Pipeline Report, and other tasks that require understanding Google Sheets Logic.

    • Proficient in researching abilities including ability to summarize detail for review

    • Critical thinking skills

    • Valid Driver’s license with proof of insurance and reliable transportation

    • Travel < 10%; must have reliable transportation

    • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
