    Our client is actively hiring a Director of Product Management to own and lead their mobile monetization product focused on their mobile gaming clients. This role is responsible for consumer facing products that include offerwalls, video ads, and survey ad products. Their platform reached over 900 Million monthly active users through their value exchange advertising.

    This role will be responsible for creating a new series of mobile ad programs for in-app experiences for gaming clients. Their will be two product managers that will report directly into this position.

    What are the responsibilities of the position?

    • Gain a deep understanding of how our offerwall, video and survey products work across both iOS and Android platforms.

    • Work closely with both large gaming publishers and performance marketers to ensure our ad products evolve to meet their future needs.

    • Take a leading role in the ideation and execution of new products/features. This will not only improve performance for our core customers, but will also align with the company's long term product strategy.

    • Collaborate with cross functional internal teams including design, engineering, data science, and commercial, to ensure new product initiatives are delivered with alignment from all key stakeholders.

    • Providing regular data driven analysis and recommendations on how we can iterate and improve the products and features which you are responsible for.

    Who you are:

    • You’ve successfully managed and shipped features and products and/or have led large scale, cross functional projects.

    • You are a strong communicator, and enjoy validating ideas with both internal and external stakeholders.

    • You have a good understanding of marketplace products and the mobile app ecosystem.

    • You confidently access databases using SQL and a day buried in spreadsheets is fun and fulfilling

    What are the minimum qualifications for this position?

    • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, preferably within a marketplace and/or advertising company

    • 2+ years experience of managing a product team of 2 or more individuals

    • A track record of overseeing the delivery of successful technology products which have gained significant adoption in the market.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technical or business field.

    • Experience with Click per Action, Click per View and Click per Impression advertising products (CPA, CPV, CPI)
