Our client is a full service business law firm. They're currently ranked as one of the top 100 am law firms. Their IP Litigation team is growing and they're looking for someone with an computer science, electrical engineer, or engineering backgrounds who are admitted to the USPTO. 

The is a partnership track position. We are open to any office in North Carolina and are open to fully remote applicants in the State of North Carolina.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• experience with briefing and motions practice, taking depositions, working with experts, PTAB or trial proceedings, and case management.
• demonstrated record of running cases and supervising junior associates or paralegals. 
• must be licensed to practice law or have the ability to become licensed as soon as possible in the state in which they will work.
