Located in beautiful Fort Myers, FL, NLDL was created with the idea to support dentists in a way that allows the dentist to maximize profitability while maintaining the highest quality treatment. We need people who are passionate and believe in this mission. Job can be full or part time. We are very flexible with hours. Primary hours are 9am to 5pm. Responsibilities * Primary responsibility is managing case workflow and handling phone questions * Data Entry * General Administrative Duties Qualifications * Comfortable working in a team environment * 2 years of work experience in a fast paced environment * Team player with great problem solving skills * Good computer skills * Service mentality with the ability to build relationships over the phone quickly * Punctual and dependable * Willingness to help out with all administrative functions MOST IMPORTANT!!!! Positive attitude with teammates and customers! Job Type: Full-time/Part-time Pay: $18-$20 per hour depending on experience. Annual increases based on performance. Job Duties: * Answer incoming customer inquiries * Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies * Record customer information within our customer service database * Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns * Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies Hours per week: * 20-29 * 30-39
