O & H Danish Bakery seeks an individual who is passionate about accurate and quality packaging in a fast-paced environment to join our team in the position of 1st Shift Packager. We’re looking for team-minded individuals with a “can-do” attitude who enjoy following a production process while working to develop efficiencies. The O & H Danish Bakery 1st Shift Packagers work individually and as a team to achieve general production goals and standards and ensure accuracy icing, packaging, properly labeling product, and generally ensuring perfect presentation before product delivery to customers. This is an active role, and requires the ability to comfortably stand, walk and bend frequently for long periods of time. 1st Shift Packagers who work in the cooler will be expected to lift up to 25 pounds repetitively for extended periods of time throughout shift. Employees in Packaging work four 12-hour shifts per week with three days off per week with no Sunday production and the potential to gain hours in overtime. O&H is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
