O&H Bakery is in search for new culinary talent in our Bakery. We are looking for individuals to join our various departments in our Baking Center on Washington Avenue in Racine, WI. Roles we are currently hiring for include positions on our Dough Team, Mixing Team, Kringle Baking Team, Kringle Packaging Team, Mail Order Packaging Team, and our Sanitation Team. As we are a 24/7 baking center, positions are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift.

As an entry level baker, positions start at $10.00 per hour. Additionally, for all Full Time positions, O&H Danish Bakery offers competitive benefits. The benefits package includes Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, employer paid life insurance, paid time off, and a 401k retirement plan with up to 6% match. 

All applicants must be 18 years of age,  have reliable transportation not all shifts are during hours where public transportation is available, and most importantly have a passion for baking and customer satisfaction. 

Schedule for available positions is Four Ten hour days, with three days off per week. There is potential to pick up additional hours in overtime. Actual daily schedule varies on position and department. 

Required uniform is a plain solid Red, white, or Blue t-shirt, with Khaki or white pants, and slip resistant closed toed shoes. Hair restraints are required at all times. Employees are not permitted to wear jewelry of any kind.
