We are on a super exciting journey, well we think it is, to change our Talent Acquisition model in North America, we are bringing the function in-house and moving away from our RPO partner, implementing some cool technology and so we need great talent to help make this a success. You’ll be part of our global team, working closely with our Global TA Operations Lead, Christophe Bréchon, dedicated to supporting our global opportunities and to our MAGMA (cool new technology that is transforming the glass making process) department. We work remotely so we are fully flexible of your location. 

·         Build relationships with your colleagues

·         Use our tech stack to provide meaningful data and analytics to help drive what we do

·         Assist with promoting the O-I Employer Brand

·         Deliver results for global roles and MAGMA

Qualifications

• You’ll want to part of creating a shaping a new team
• Love recruiting in a manufacturing/heavy industrial environment
• Be fascinated about the glass making process
• Have experience of working in an internal position as well as for an agency/RPO
• Love glass and care about sustainability and the planet
