Hourly Rate - $25.44

The Selector sets up ware on lehrs and conveyors, dislodges ware on straight line equipment, adjusts the flow of empty cartons on conveyors, as required and visually inspects ware and discards defective ware.

The Selector will:

• Visually inspects ware on the visual inspection station and discards defective ware. (Sits at station when necessary).
• Occasionally gauges while visually inspecting glassware.
• Visually inspects ware and component parts.
• Occasionally reselects packed ware as instructed.
• Clean area to meet food safety requirements.

The Selector should have:

• Previous experience in an industrial environment
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, with weekend and holiday requirements
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis

• High school Diploma/GED
• Technical degree highly preferred
