THE PRODUCTION OPERATOR/CARTON ASSEMBLER SHOULD HAVE:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good interpersonal skills
• Be highly safety conscious

THE PRODUCTION OPERATOR/CARTON ASSEMBLER WILL:

• Manually load cartons, partitions, carriers on to magazines of carton assembler, carrier erector, partition inserter and sees that these machines continue to operate and function as designed to do. Involves some button pushing.
• Clear any jams that impede the production line
• Inspects cartons and bottles for any obvious defects
• Minor maintenance to ensure the palletizers are working smoothly
• Observes cartons for obvious defects, checks fiber tears; notifies foreman of any defects found

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule, with weekend and holiday requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations

HOURLY WAGE: The hourly wage for this position is $23.64
