    Job Description

    • Responsible for refining technology solutions (equipment & its function) and preparing for production use and replicating.
    • This squad lead is part of Manufacturing Development, responsible for the safe operational & commercial success of MAGMA assets. This position will lead a squad focused on design feedback, commissioning & start-up, training strategy & approach, equipment change management, quality, and maintenance, and diagnostics and issue resolution.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE

    • Bachelor’s degree in process, production, or industrial engineering or operations management.
    • MBA or Master’s in technical field preferred.
    • 5-10 years in key manufacturing or engineering leadership roles.

    CRITICAL EXPERIENCES

    • Successfully led commissioning & start-up activities for new equipment and technology.
    • Developed & implemented technical diagnostic & support programs.
    • Experience in overseeing technical training.
    • Developed & implemented equipment quality & maintenance systems.
