    Location: Borger, TX (Remote travel required)

RSI's personnel are trained in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120 and maintain their annual eight-hour updates. RSI mobilizes its own work force to provide remedial construction services. RSI based in Independence, KS, is a premier nationwide contractor supplying innovative, cost-effective solutions to complex environmental remediation challenge

    Summary

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Environmental Services Site Superintendent to join our team. As a Site Superintendent you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating environmental projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed effectively and in compliance with environmental regulations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong management skills, technical expertise, and a passion for environmental sustainability.

    Duties/Responsibilities/ Qualifications **
    **

    • Plan, initiate, and manage environmental, remediation, and waste management projects.
    • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
    • Oversee field activities, sampling, and monitoring to assess environmental conditions.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations, permits, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Prepare and review technical reports, permit applications, and environmental impact statements.
    • · Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma or Equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Environmental Remediation industry experience is a plus
    • Travel will be required
    • Valid Drivers License

    Physical/Environment Requirements

    • Performs labor intensive activities in all weather conditions.
    • Works in atmospheres with low clearance, confined spaces and at heights.
    • Travel required
