    POSITION : Part-time with the possibility for full-time hire

    CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. At least 5 years in digital marketing and 2 years experience with HubSpot.
    2. This is a remote position, but it's definitely not a bad thing if you're in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul Metro Area. **

    HARD REQUIREMENT:

    • Must be able to work 6 hours during our time zone, Central Time Zone.

    In this position, you will facilitate the solution of client problems in HubSpot and potentially other aspects of digital marketing, often involving a technical, analytical, and strategic mindset. You will also participate in our own internal HubSpot and marketing efforts, strategy, and implementation.

    There is a strong possibility for this position to turn into a full-time hire, if desired, as we continue to scale up our client work in the coming months.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Solid experience and subject-matter expertise in HubSpot and Inbound Marketing.
    • Solid understanding of SEO. Able to manage SEO campaigns for clients.
    • Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
    • Highly organized , ability to handle multiple clients and projects.
    • Proactive, self-starting, learning mindset. You should be a fast and voracious learner without being told to learn, or what to learn -- we provide resources for you to do so. Actively seek out new information and skills in areas where you have knowledge gaps.
    • Humble confidence. If you think you already know it all, this is not the place for you.

    NICE TO HAVE

    • Solid understanding of digital marketing basics : copywriting, paid ads, CRO, and general marketing strategy.
    • Strong strategic experience and ability to formulate marketing strategy.
    • Experience with other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
    • Good understanding of traditional DemandGen.
    • Ability to analyze and realize insights from marketing data and analytics.

    BONUS POINTS (not required, but please mention)

    • Some level of project management, leadership, or client-facing experience
    • Skilled in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (or ability to learn quickly).
    • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, GTM.
    • Advanced SEO skills.
    • Working knowledge of messaging and CRO.
    • General understanding of solid web and landing page UX.
    • Marketing strategy experience and mindset.
    • A/B testing experience.
    • Paid social experience. Social media strategy.
    • Other full-featured CRM experience such as Salesforce.
    • WordPress, Drupal.
