We are a smaller but growing digital agency with employees all over the world. We're looking for someone to guide our HR processes, help with growth, and make our company a better place to work.
As our HR Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our growing team and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will be a trusted advisor to management and employees alike, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
Responsibilities:
-Work with us on ideas to better improve our culture, employee performance, and wellness.
-Help work with employees who are encountering performance or other issues.
-Work with our PEO as needed.
-Be a confidante and escalation point if employees are experiencing any difficulties or issues.
-Support and refine our onboarding processes.
-Stay up-to-date on USA HR laws and regulations.
-Assist in new hire final interviews as well as employee terminations.
-Performance management and training coordination.
-Providing HR support and advice as needed.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR consulting role.
-Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
