    Well established company in the Paperboard Recycling Industry across the country and around the globe has an opening for a Logistics Coordinator.  This important, diverse role will be responsible for assisting the logistics department with administrative support. 

     

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Handle incoming phone calls
    • Preparation of correspondence, documents and spreadsheets
    • Assist with export documentation
    • Data Entry
    • Work with shippers
    • General administrative support

     

    The qualified candidate for this highly visible role must have an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role; experience in logistics is a plus.  Candidates must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office.  Strong organizational and communication skills (written/verbal) are imperative as well as the ability to solve problems and handle multiple and simultaneous priorities in a professional and personable manner.  Applicants must have a strong work ethic and be self-motivated.
