TCAC compliance assistance needed for a 1500+ unit portfolio. Travel required within California. Responsibilities include ensuring requirements of all affordable housing programs and related compliance is met and maintained in a complete and accurate manner, including but not limited to conducting the certification and subsequent re-certification of all households at all sites, reviewing resident move-in files for all sites, and attending TCAC inspections.
Training of new employees in all affordable housing programs and related compliance at the specific site level. Background and Drug Screening Required. Minimum of 2 years' experience in affordable housing and knowledge of, experience with, and certification in tax credit/Section 42 compliance required.
