Responsibilities:
Completes assessments, administers appropriate screenings, injections, medications, and documents in the electronic health record
Collaborates with member of the team and external providers to ensures coordination and monitoring of medical and behavioral health services
Provides education on medication, wellness and health issues to consumers, providers, family members and staff
Assists in planning, linking, advocacy
Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited nursing education program
Licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a Registered Nurse
One to two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, preferred experience working with individuals with mental illness
Must possess excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously and work independently
