Job Description

• Post Closing responsibilities include sending wires, complete funding process, cut checks for realtors, home warranty, title insurance, etc., sending out final closing documents to lenders per closing instructions, collecting final title policy requirements for underwriter, and daily and monthly reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Post Closing Experience preferred.
• Microsoft Experience Required
• Soft Pro/Pro Trust Experience a plus
