    Job Description

    LOCATION: Orange County, CA

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Call Center representative supports the Customer Service/Call Center department by taking daily inbound customer calls. The Call Center person assist with escalations or customer concerns relating to their The Company purchase and/or warranties. In addition, the Call Center representative makes outbound calls to vendors/external customers to conduct a root cause analysis on the customer’s questions or concerns.

    ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS:

     

    · Must answer phones promptly, efficiently, and in a courteous manner to ensure the customer feels their concerns are being heard

    · Exhibiting active listening skills throughout the entire shift as detailed information must be collected from the customer

    · Provide a “complete” customer service experience. This will entail helping the customer from the very first time they call in and follow through with a resolution for the best possible outcome for the customer and for The Company

    · Work closely with the any company or person necessary to gather all facts related to any customer issues and resolutions

    · Must follow company procedures when resolving customer issues. This can include price match, exchanges, and service/repair issues. Do necessary research

    · Must work as an effective team member when fellow co-workers need additional help

    · By using a Point of Sales systems, the Customer Service Agent enters/processes sale order exchanges and modifies sales tickets, including but not limited to:

    o Change delivery dates

    o Change customer address and/or phone numbers

    o Change model numbers and sale prices

    o Add or remove product warranty

    o Add or change warehouse/driver instructions

    o Accept customer payments and balance daily deposit log

    v Must follow The Company’s code of safe practices and follow all policies and procedures.

    v Constantly communicates with internal and external customers both orally and written

    v Will multitasks competing priorities to ensure department KPIs are met

     

     

    PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

    · Able to work in sitting position for long period

    · Able to work on computer monitor for long period

    WORK SCHEDULES:

    · Available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

    · Ability to sustain a good attendance track record

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Proficient with Point of Sales software or systems

    · 1-2 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience.

    · Ability to communicate effectively due to the nature of the job is to answer customer phone calls and inquiries

    · Ability to problem solve customer questions or concerns

    · Attention to detail

    · Ability to adapt and work in a fast pace environment

    · Ability to sustain great attendance track record

    · Computer literate (intermediate)

    · Intermediate Data entry skills

    · Intermediate Microsoft suite

    · Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with internal and external customers

    PREFERRED:

    · Bi-lingual Spanish/Tagalog/Vietnamese/Chinese/Korean preferred

    · Ability to work a part time schedule.

    · Experienced with Center Spec ERP Point is a plus

    · College degree in related field such as Business or Hospitality
