Responsibilities: Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs to generate property sales Hold open houses regularly to effectively introduce clients to the market Remain the point of contact between buyer and seller and proactively ensure buyer satisfaction Land and manage leads by phone, email, text and CRM to maintain a full sales pipeline • Provide white glove customer service • Primary duties include talking to people in person, on the phone, by text and by email and helping them make the biggest purchase of their lives • Create and utilize representation contracts, purchase agreements and leases to ensure smooth transactions Qualifications: Currently licensed in Real Estate or willing to pursue a license. We can help you get one Be customer focused with a positive attitude Exceptional listening and questioning skills and able to unveil client wants and needs Show excellent attention to detail for contract writing and review Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends Be a strong communicator • Willingness to be coachable and learn new ideas Compensation: $75,000+ Commission Based
