As a listing specialist you will be meeting with prospective clients to prepare their home for selling at the highest possible price, and sell their home. Learning our listing presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must. Responsibilities: Respond to all listing leads and potential buyers in a timely fashion in order to build client base Stage, price and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly Provide a weekly report to clients on their listing status Provide listing presentations for leads • Provide world class customer service • Listen intently and look to provide real-time solutions • Consult with sellers to help prepare their house for sale Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Embody a professional attitude and appearance Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Strong ability to communicate through both forms of oral and written communication Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Ask great questions to understand your client's needs and make sure you are a resource, not just a salesperson • Become a local area expert and know your market well Compensation: $75,000+ commission
