Job Description

We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations in the field. This will include management of existing systems as well as installation of new sales. Currently there are several regional supervisors that report to the Field Operations Manager. Routine visits should be made to the field offices as that interaction is essential to many aspects of the position. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all functions performed in the field offices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction
• Use prior experience to identify and implement operational improvements and efficiencies
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Management of alarm data provided by in-service devices
• Select and provide operational oversight for subcontractors
• Formalize policies and procedures (including safety program) in accordance to HR regulations
• Ensure quality control and monitoring of key performance indicators
• Provide guidance and mentoring to other field staff
• Establish inventory controls and consumption processes for field inventory

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or similar field preferred but not required
• Associate's degree in Business or similar field required
• Previous experience in operational management
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to evaluate and train staff members
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent leadership qualities
