We are currently hiring an Entry Level Field Marketing Representative for an opening in their Marketing and Sales Department. Candidates with a sports mentality eager to take on leadership responsibilities while learning entry-level marketing and sales are encouraged to apply. We have set up new goals and expectations going into this year and we are looking to expand our business into new sectors in the Anaheim region.

Our firm has just signed a contract with one of the largest producers of consumer goods in the US. To meet the expectations of this new contract, we are hiring a Field Marketing Representative immediately.

FIELD MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with prospective consumers about services and promotions to drive sales
• Manage and oversee new leads and development strategies, including working hands-on with the marketing and sales teams
• Learn to build, recruit, and maintain all corporate team members
• Set and meet quarterly goals and expectations set by our clients and accounts
• Utilize management and sales tools to track all daily and weekly results
• Represent Eclipse California, Inc. in a compelling, positive, and professional way

FIELD MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS

• Highly personable, outgoing and positive team member
• Ability to adhere to strict compliance policies
• Comfortable interacting with consumers daily and following up sales leads
• Proactively approaches problems with a solution-oriented mentality
• Basic computer skills and technical proficiency
• All training is provided as this is an entry-level position, we just need the right raw material!
