    Job Description

    Position Summary:

    The Business Development Representative is responsible for all aspects of the company’s consumer outreach efforts and will provide leadership, strategic direction, and day to day management of the function. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for building the brand and growth strategy for the business. They will oversee customer plans, marketing, and allocate resources across assigned programs. They will also provide advice and guidance to various operating units to ensure overall marketing effectiveness.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Deliver superior product presentations using value-based sales strategies and empathizing with the customer's needs
    • Nurture current and active customer relationships to upsell future service levels and utilize our portfolio of products and services available
    • Attending daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on client and product knowledge, industry-leading sales techniques and outreach methods, and reviewing compliance standards and regulations
    • Actively search for opportunities to improve and optimize our sales, training, and onboarding procedures
    • Work cross-functionally with the Sales Success Team and the Client Account Manager to drive incremental market expansion and revenue

     

    WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

    • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing or outreach role. Specifically, individuals with backgrounds in Hospitality, Promotions, or Sales do exceptionally well at Eclipse California.
    • Self-motivated, dedicated team player with innovative ideas to inspire growth and development
    • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build dependable relationships among customers and team members alike
    • Embrace the mindset of continuous learning and development and actively contribute to all meetings, seminars, and training sessions
