    Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health. Part-Time, PRN

    Description

    You will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients. Overall treatment of

    patients will include hands-on and documented evaluation, development of the Plan of Care, and

    Ongoing treatment with patients through all aspects of Occupational therapy. Position requires

    ensuring every patient receives a unique experience through a comprehensive, thorough, and

    customized occupational therapy regimen with an emphasis on quality and individualized care provided in a

    friendly environment.

    Requirements of an Occupational Therapist (OT):

    Appropriate license to practice in the State of Delaware

    At least 1 year (preferred) working as an OT within a Hospital, Home Health Care, or Nursing home setting.

    Ability to document information in the EMR

    CPR certified

    Negative TB test result

    Pass a background check

    Provide two (2) professional references

    Able to travel to cases as assigned

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

    Competency in computer skills.

    Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks

    Occupational Therapist (OT) responsibilities include:

    Conduct assessments.

    Develop and implement a plan of care for clients.

    Re-evaluate client progress.

    Communicate with members of the team.

    Develop a weekly schedule with the clients or family.
