Job Summary: OCG Companies is a leading provider of restoration construction services, specializing in the utility industry. Purchasing Manager Responsibilities include: 1. Initiate all materials, equipment, and supplies purchases and/or rentals for the restoration and industrial services teams. 2. Maintain and record all purchase transactions in a master cost schedule. 3. Take lead for all cost negotiations. 4. Supplier relations 5. Ensure Supplier and/or Contractor compliance with contract agreements. 6. NDA processing 7. Develop primary and secondary supplier sourcing. Required Skills / Abilities: · Prior experience with Purchasing or Procurement required. · Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate with all levels of management and collaborate with inside and outside the organization. · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Outlook) · Prior Quickbooks experience preferred.
