**OCM Consultant | About You **

As an OCM Consultant, you are responsible for designing and implementing strategies that guide organizations through change, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment. You will leverage your expertise in communication, training, and resistance management to drive adoption and achieve project success. Your role will involve identifying key change agents, assessing current states, and developing communication strategies that engage diverse audiences. You will also create and deliver role-based training programs to ensure readiness and work closely with leadership to integrate change management into project timelines. Your experience with enterprise-level initiatives will be critical in driving sustainable change and organizational growth.

**OCM Consultant | Day-to-Day **

• Identify change agents and key stakeholders, building support and engagement across the organization.
• Assess current states through governance maturity evaluations and pain point analyses to design targeted strategies.
• Develop and execute communication plans, including audience segmentation, messaging, timing, and channels, to ensure effective engagement.
• Design and deliver training and enablement programs, preparing individuals for change through role-based workshops and support.
• Lead pilot programs to refine change initiatives, integrating feedback into broader organizational rollouts.
• Align change management activities with project timelines, collaborating with project management teams to ensure seamless execution.

**OCM Consultant | Skills & Experience **

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives, including organizational design, M&A, ERP/cloud implementations, and restructuring projects.
• Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step, Lewin's Change Model) to guide strategic efforts.
• Proven success managing diverse stakeholders, from executives to front-line employees.
• Expertise in creating communication plans, stakeholder analyses, and end-user training programs.
• Experience with technical platforms such as Snowflake, Informatica IICS (ETL/API), Collibra Data Governance, and Power BI.
• Ability to align change management strategies with project goals and ensure seamless execution.
