If you enjoy responsibility, are reliable and personable, are smart, hardworking, and well-organized, we are looking for you! You must be able to work on multiple matters concurrently and be able to meet deadlines. If you are an excellent multitasker who loves to help others, we want to hear from you and encourage you to apply!  Responsibilities: Organize our case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and other administrative duties as needed • Draft and proofread legal documents and forms for accuracy and consistency, including but not limited to estate planning documents (Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Documents, deeds, etc.) • Assisting clients with getting their documents properly signed (in-person) • Prepare and proofread correspondence. • Interact with clients to collect information. • Record documents at Registry of Deeds Qualifications: Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference Must have strong interpersonal skills and talent for writing and grammar Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills, and time-management skills ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate’s degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor’s degree desired • 2-4 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting Compensation: $56,150
