We are looking for an experienced litigator to join our firm. We focus on insurance defense and medical malpractice with some product liability and estate work. This is a great opportunity to join an established firm, build your career, and participate in an amazing profit-sharing plan.

This is not a remote position - you will be required to be in the office on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​ Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the State of New York
• A minimum of 2 years of litigation experience is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
