    We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist (E-Commerce) to join our growing team, who will be responsible for optimizing marketing initiatives for our E-commerce site, ODKshop.com. We are looking for creative and diverse individuals who are passionate about redefining content through innovation, unconventional thinking, and embracing fun!

     

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Detailed maintenance and improvement of listings (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to improve product presentation and buyer experience
    • Generate email marketing campaigns optimized to increase engagement metrics
    • Drive traffic and execute marketing campaigns to increase listing visibility and revenue through marketplace tools such as Facebook and Instagram AD, Promotions, Internal Banner and Video Ads
    • Create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with the company's overall marketing campaign plan and channels
    • Measure and report on results of online marketing efforts by utilizing web analytics dashboards and creating other reports to support the business needs
    • Actively research e-commerce marketing tools and trends
    • Identify product trends across all marketplace channels. Provide recommendations for the development of new products and categories to drive incremental sales growth
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve service metrics and customer experience

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 2+ years of e-commerce marketing experience  
    • Must be bi-lingual in Korean
    • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Capable of writing product descriptions and creating keywords
    • Knowledge and experience in eCommerce marketing strategies including paid search and digital advertising, affiliate marketing and e-mail marketing in addition to basic sales and marketing management
    • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and data analysis
