    The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing tenant and manager requested work orders. We are seeking a technician who loves to work with their hands and to perform maintenance repairs. The ideal technician takes pride in fixing things and makes tenants feel at ease. Responsibilities: • Solve tenant maintenance issues and provide stellar service • Respond to after-hour service calls and receive overtime • Perform general maintenance repairs on appliances • Assist with rehab projects and turns • Perform residential plumbing repairs • Keep complete records of work completed • Perform residential electrical troubleshooting and repairs • Inspect properties for deferred maintenance • Install residential appliances/fixtures/doors/water heaters/HVAC Qualifications: EDUCATION • High School Diploma (GED, or equivalent)  • EPA/CFC Certification  • Must have 5-8 years of experience in residential plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, turning units, and carpentry QUALIFICATIONS • Excellent problem-solving skills • Great attention to detail • Master organizer • Takes initiative • Top interpersonal and customer service skills • High level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity • Intermediate computer skills • Expert time management skills Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
