The Community Relations Associate will be trained to ensure that they have all of the necessary skills and expertise to succeed in this high-energy business.

Duties of the Community Relations Associate:

• Help to create a pleasant workplace atmosphere.
• Maintain high professional standards in marketing, advertising, and customer service.
• Interaction with customers to promote products and services
• Regularly attend training sessions and campaign meetings.
• Customer acquisition and retention
• Meet with clients on a daily basis to discuss current discounts, provide service quotations, and sign up new accounts.
• Develop a comprehensive event marketing plan.

Qualifications:

• A four-year degree is preferred but not required.
