The Marketing Communications Assistant will work closely with high-profile clients on results-driven campaigns, always on the lookout for new ways to propel their companies and brands forward and increase their bottom line.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and carrying out projects assigned by the marketing manager
- Integrating PR campaigns with customer promotions by collaborating with the marketing team and key accounts
- Coordinating in-store service activities and ensuring a smooth operation
- Developing and maintaining consumer relationships and promoting promotional services
- Developing and improving measurement strategies for public relations campaigns in collaboration with the marketing manager
- Marketing collateral and visual merchandising
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and retail event staff
- Keeping detailed records of event attendance, production, and inventory.
- Finding new and innovative ways to improve efficiency and discover new possibilities
Based on performance, this position will be considered for senior campaign management roles.
There is no prior experience required, and full paid training and support is provided.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or sales OR internship in related fields is preferred.
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and work unsupervised and independently.
- Professional, customer-focused problem solver.
- Excellent tracking and organization skills, as well as exceptional attention to detail.
