Location: This position is Canada based. It’s a remote position and your territory will be determined based on your current location. Travel is 30-50% within your territory.

Job Overview:
As an OEM Key Account Manager you will ensure successful achievement of sales volumes and service levels within identified Original Equipment (OE) companies. You will be accountable for defining and executing the sales plan, primarily focusing on maximizing the company's share of business across product categories, vehicle types, and OEM accounts.
Your daily tasks will include coordinating monthly sales schedules, resolving OE queries, and actively driving business development by identifying new product opportunities and potential customers. You will regularly coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, technical compliance, and accurate billing/collections. The primary goals will be to secure long-term account profitability and grow the overall business share, with success measured by KPIs such as Sales Volumes and Revenue achievement, % share of business in key accounts, and Timely collections and delivery performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate coordination skills, strong accountability, and a proactive approach to relationship management and market intelligence gathering.
Background Profile:
5+ years of experience in OEM sales in the tire industry
BA degree is highly desirable
Benefits, Compensation, & Features:
Base salary ranging from $115,000-$150,000, with bonus
