    Job Overview:

    As an OEM Sales Manager you will lead the development and execution of OEM sales initiatives, working directly with OEM customers to secure new business opportunities and expand the global presence of the company products. You will identify market trends and future OEM product development plans to support strategic sales planning and long-term growth. You will collaborate with internal teams including engineering, product development, supply chain, and marketing to ensure products meet or exceed OEM specifications and customer requirements.

    You will manage OEM customer relationships, oversee account performance, and coordinate solutions across departments to ensure successful product delivery and program execution. You will represent the company at trade shows, industry associations, and OEM-related events to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement. Your primary goals will include acquiring new OEM business, maintaining strong account relationships, and achieving sales targets measured through KPIs such as revenue growth, new customer acquisition, program performance, and adherence to OEM business plans.

    Background Profile:

    • 3+ years of OEM experience in the tire industry

    • BA degree or equivalent of years of experience

    • Ability to travel extensively, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Benefits, Compensation, & Features:

    • Base salary: $25,000-$35,000, plus strong commission program

    • All travel expenses will be reimbursed
