Our law office is looking for a superstar "OF COUNSEL" CRIMINAL DEFENSE attorney who is ready to represent our clients in Orange County, California. The ideal candidate will work closely with the firm’s clients. If you have the ability to handle a diverse caseload, have stellar research and writing skills, can communicate effectively, are not afraid of a courtroom, and use today’s technology well, please start your application today! You can maintain your own practice as an "OF COUNSEL" attorney.

Our firm has opened an Orange County office in Santa Ana one block from the courthouse. Our main office is in San Diego County.

THE SPLIT WILL BE 50/50 plus $100 per case we retain. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED OFFICE SPACE. We do the marketing, you get 50% of the revenue of the cases you retain/ handle in ORANGE COUNTY. You must have your own malpractice insurance and be a professional law corporation. If you retain a case for $10,000 the split would be $5100 for our firm and the "OF COUNSEL" ATTORNEY GETS $4900. You will be paid once a month.

Qualifications:

Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required
Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 1 year a plus.
We require an attorney with the following qualifications:

• Passed the California Bar Exam and in active good standing
• 1-8 years of criminal law experience including state and federal
• Trial experience preferred but not mandatory
• Must be familiar with DUIS and DMV Hearings
