EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
1-3 year of clerical, administrative , or automotive office experience preferred
Experience in an auto restoration, repair, or part environment is plus
TECHNICAL & OFFICE SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of automotive terminology, parts, and repair processes a plus
Accurate data entry skills for invoices, work orders, and customer records
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES & ABILITIES
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
Answer and direct phone calls; respond to emails and correspondence
Assist with scheduling, Office organization
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
Provide administrative support to office staff and management
Interact professionally with clients, vendors, and coworkers
Handle customers inquiries, updates, and follow - up with courteous and calm demeanor
